Event Customization
I am dedicated to bringing your vision to life, ensuring your event is as unique and special as you envision. To achieve this, it's essential that you fill out all personalization and customization details accurately when placing your order. This information is crucial in helping me create the perfect design tailored to your needs.
Revisions:
Every order includes two complimentary revisions after you receive the initial mock-up. These revisions are your opportunity to fine-tune the design, ensuring it aligns with your expectations.
Additional Revisions:
If further changes are needed beyond the two free revisions, a fee of $15 will be charged for each additional revision. This fee covers the time and effort required to make further adjustments to your design.
Photo Submissions:
If your first submitted photo doesn’t work well with the design, you are welcome to submit a new one within the first two free revisions. After that, the $15 fee will apply for any additional photo changes or design alterations.
